What is a Master Folder?
A Master Folder is a powerful solution for managing multiple screens with identical content. Instead of relying on a single screen to act as the master, the entire folder itself is the master. This setup allows you to easily manage and publish media to a large number of screens quickly and efficiently, ensuring consistent updates across all connected screens.

The Master Folder feature is ideal for users with many screens showing the same content. By managing updates at the folder level, this feature allows for faster and more efficient publishing of media to all connected screens, saving time and reducing manual effort. It ensures seamless synchronization and consistent updates across all screens.
How to Create a Master Folder?
1. Click the “Add Folder” button.
2. Select the option to “Create Master Folder”.
• All screens added to this folder will automatically be designated as slaves.
3. If you already have a folder, it can be converted into a Master Folder, and all screens within it will automatically become slaves.
How to Add Screens to a Master Folder?
1. Click the three dots next to the Master Folder.
2. Select the screens you want to include.
3. The selected screens will be set as slaves and will start receiving content updates.
How to Remove Screens from a Master Folder?
1. Open the Master Folder.
2. Click the “Remove Screens from Folder” button.
3. The selected screens will be set as normal and will start receiving content updates directly.
How to Publish Content?
The publication process for the Master Folder is exactly the same as for regular screens. To do this, at the screen selection step, you need to select the Master Folder with your screens
Post-Publication Report
After the publication is complete, you can view a detailed publication report. You just need to click on the progress bar.
The report includes:
• The total number of screens successfully updated.
• A list of any screens where publication failed, along with reasons such as connectivity issues or the screen being offline.
• This report helps identify and address issues efficiently to ensure all screens are updated.
Mobile Application Adaptation
Don’t forget to update your application. The Master Folder will work for you if your application is version 2.2.84 or higher. You can find instructions on how to update the application here:
