Please note, if you choose to disable file optimization, we won’t be able to guarantee that your files will play correctly on your TV. While this is entirely up to you, we recommend keeping the feature enabled for the best results.

If you’d like to turn it off, simply go to the Settings section in your account. There, you can disable optimization for videos and images separately, depending on your preference. This allows you to customize the experience to suit your needs

Important: If you disable the optimization feature, you will need to re-upload your media files to your account for them to work properly. This step is necessary to ensure the system recognizes your files correctly.
