Sometimes, you may not have any media displayed on your screen. This can happen, for example, if the media was removed from a playlist. In such cases, your screen will show a “No Media” message.

However, you can replace this message with your own custom content, such as an image or a video, by setting up Default Media. This ensures that your screen always displays something meaningful, even if no specific media has been assigned.

  1. It’s very simple to do. Navigate to the Settings Section - https://live.liqvid.io/settings

  2. Find the Default Media option.

  3. Here, you can upload or select the media that you would like to display as the default.

    • This media can be either an image or a video

    • This media will replace the “No Media” message whenever there is no media on your screen

  4. After selecting or uploading your media, save your changes to ensure that the default media is applied.

  5. After that, you will be able to delete or change your Default Media.

Great! Now you know how to replace Default Media. If, for any reason, you don’t have a playlist or media on the screen, your Default Media will be displayed on the screen.
