Reading a Campaign Card / Row

Each campaign in the Advertising list shows key details at a glance:

Status badge

Current state of the campaign (see all statuses below)

  • Grey highlightCompleted: finished its scheduled run.

What “≈ Impressions” Really Means

Before a campaign starts, Liqvid calculates how many times it should play based on its frequency and your screen schedule. Because screens can go offline or you may pause a campaign, the final count may differ. Once the campaign is Active, the list updates with actual impressions so you always know how close you are to the target.

Regularly scanning the campaign list helps you:

  • Approve new ads quickly (look for yellow rows)

  • Monitor performance (green rows show live campaigns)

  • Spot finished or rejected campaigns for reporting

Keep an eye on the coin icon in the main menu - if a red dot appears, a Pending campaign is waiting for you!
