This article shows you how to open a new campaign, check its details, and decide whether to approve or reject it.
1. Open the Campaign
Click the coin icon in the top menu to enter the Advertising section.
Find any campaign marked Pending (blue highlight) and click its row to open the detail view
2. Check the Details
In the campaign modal you’ll see:
Advertiser name and campaign title
Media preview (image or video thumbnail)
Schedule – start and end dates
Frequency – how often the ad will play
≈ Impressions – estimated plays for your project
Take a moment to confirm the media is appropriate for your audience and the dates and frequency fit your screen schedule.
3. Approve or Reject
Approve – the campaign status changes to Active and ads begin playing on your screens during the next playlist refresh
Reject – the status switches to Rejected and the campaign will never appear on your screens
4. What Happens Next?
Approved campaigns start accumulating impressions and revenue immediately you can track both in the Statistics tab at any time
Rejected campaigns disappear from the Pending list but remain visible under their status for record-keeping
You can Pause or Stop an active campaign later if your requirements change
By promptly reviewing Pending campaigns, you ensure only brand-safe, relevant ads reach your audience and your screens keep earning at their full potential.
