When a campaign’s status is Active, its ads are already playing on your screens and generating revenue. If you need to stop an ad early, use the Stop Campaign button.

How to Stop a Campaign

  1. Open the Advertising section and filter by Active to view all campaigns currently running

  2. Click the campaign’s row to open its detail view

  3. Press Stop Campaign and confirm the action

What Happens After You Click Stop Campaign

  • Immediate removal – the campaign is dropped from your playlist after the next refresh (usually within seconds)

  • Status change – the campaign switches to Rejected for your project only it may stay active in other projects where it was approved

  • Revenue ends – no new impressions or earnings are recorded from the moment you stop the campaign

  • Statistics preserved – all impressions and revenue earned up to that point remain visible and exportable, but the campaign cannot be restarted

Automatic Completion

If you do nothing, an Active campaign will move to Completed automatically once it reaches its end date or delivers its maximum impressions. A Completed campaign stops on its own and keeps all historical data for your reports.

Stopping a campaign gives you full control over what your audience sees, while ensuring past performance data is always available for review.
