Why is a campaign still marked “Pending”?

  • You haven’t clicked Approve yet. Until you do, ads remain on hold.

  • Another admin/editor in your project may have the task of approving ads check with your team

  • If you’re on the Free plan, campaigns skip “Pending” and become Active automatically - upgrade status might be out of sync.

  • Rarely, the advertiser may update creative or scheduling details; the campaign returns to “Pending” for re-approval.

How long after approval do ads start showing?

Within seconds. Once you click Approve, the campaign becomes Active and joins your playlist on the next refresh (usually under 30 seconds).

Why aren’t impressions appearing in Statistics?

  1. Date filter - confirm the filter range includes today

  2. App version - screens must run Liqvid Live ver. 2.2.88 or higher to report impressions

  3. Screen status - offline screens can’t log impressions; check their connectivity

  4. Recently approved - It can take a few minutes for first impressions to appear after activation

The red dot on the coin icon won’t disappear - why?

At least one campaign is still Pending. Approve or reject all pending campaigns and the dot vanishes.

Can I stop an Active campaign if something changes?

Yes. Open the campaign and click Stop Campaign. Ads are removed immediately, and no new impressions or revenue are generated. Historical data stays in your dashboard.

What happens to earnings if I stop a campaign early?

You keep all revenue earned up to the moment you stopped it. No further earnings accrue after that point.

How is “≈ Impressions” calculated?

The system estimates plays based on the campaign’s frequency, your screen schedule, and availability. Actual impressions replace the estimate as soon as delivery begins.

Do ads play on every screen automatically?

Yes - unless you’ve set max impression limits on specific screens or the screen is offline. All eligible screens share delivery evenly.
