If you see your screen showing as OFFLINE, don’t worry - in most cases, the issue is easy to fix. It usually means the device has lost its connection or needs a quick refresh. Follow these simple checks below to get your screen back online and running smoothly.

Check your Internet connection:

  • Ensure that the Internet router providing your connection is turned on.

  • Verify the connection between your Android TV device and the router via Ethernet.

  • Check the WiFi connection on your Android TV: go to Settings → Network & Internet.

  • Test your connection by opening web pages in the browser or videos in the YouTube app.

Reboot your Android TV device:

  • Restart the device using the remote control: press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, then select Restart.

  • Power off the device using the remote control: press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, select Power Off, then turn the device back on using the power button on the remote control.

  • Turn the device off and on by unplugging the power cord from the outlet.

Update the Liqvid app to the latest version:

Check for updates on your Android TV device:

  • Go to Settings → Device Preferences → About → System update and ensure the system is up to date.

Recommendations if you were unable to resolve the offline issue using the recommendations above:
