If you see your screen showing as OFFLINE, don’t worry - in most cases, the issue is easy to fix. It usually means the device has lost its connection or needs a quick refresh. Follow these simple checks below to get your screen back online and running smoothly.
Check your Internet connection:
Ensure that the Internet router providing your connection is turned on.
Verify the connection between your Android TV device and the router via Ethernet.
Check the WiFi connection on your Android TV: go to Settings → Network & Internet.
Test your connection by opening web pages in the browser or videos in the YouTube app.
If issues persist, try connecting via a different WiFi network, such as a hotspot on your smartphone.

Reboot your Android TV device:
Restart the device using the remote control: press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, then select Restart.

Turn the device off and on by unplugging the power cord from the outlet.
Update the Liqvid app to the latest version:

Check for updates on your Android TV device:
Go to Settings → Device Preferences → About → System update and ensure the system is up to date.
Recommendations if you were unable to resolve the offline issue using the recommendations above:
Go to Settings → Apps → Liqvid Live → Uninstall to remove the app.
Restart your Android TV device.
