When you use a lot of media in your playlist and need to change the order or replace several media items, it can be done very easily. You don’t need to add media and move positions to the end of the list. You can replace the required media with another one. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Go to Scheduling
2. Hover over the desired playlist and click on the pencil icon to edit it (Edit option)
3. Locate the media you want to replace in your playlist and hover over the Replace button to swap it
Select the section where you want to replace the media, then complete the replacement
Select the screens and publish the playlist
