Our refund policy is designed to ensure that you get the best out of our software.

If you don’t get satisfied after 30 days (i.e. if there is no traction from your customers towards information on your TVs), then we will rewrite your broadcasting schedule and create additional videos and posters free of charge. This means you get 30 hours of video editing and content creation for free. And, an expert will help you out furthermore for 30 days.

Still not happy? We’ll send your money back.

To request a refund, you need to email us on [email protected] with the “refund” tag in the subject of your email. We also ask that, in your email, you give a valid reason for your refund request. This will make the process as smooth as possible.

Please note: We can refund you across all payment methods except bank transfer. If you choose to cancel your subscription early or opt against the free content and broadcasting help, we will offer a 50% refund.
