1. Restarting with the Remote Control (this method depends on your Android TV device)

Restart the TV using the supplied remote control:

  • Press and hold the POWER button until the message "Turn off" appears on the screen.

  • Continue holding the POWER button until the menu is displayed, then select "Restart."

Wait for the Android TV operating system to start.

2. Restart your Android device using system settings:

  • Open the Settings app on your Android device.

  • Scroll down and select "System".

  • Tap on "Restart" or "Reboot," depending on your device model.

  • Confirm the action if prompted.

Wait for the Android TV operating system to start.

3. Restarting the Device via Power Supply

For TVs with Android TV:

  • Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet and wait for 10 seconds.

  • Reconnect the power cord to the electrical outlet.

For Android boxes with Android TV:

  • Disconnect the USB-A or USB-C power cable from the device for 10 seconds.

Connect the USB-A or USB-C power cable to the device.

Plug the included USB power cable into your Chromecast.

Wait for the Android TV operating system to start.
