After enabling two-factor authentication, to log into your account, you will need to use a secret application to enter a secret code, after entering your password.
How to use two-factor authentication?
First, you will need to download a secret application that will generate a short code for you to log into your account. There are many such applications, and you can use any of them. How to enable two-factor authentication?
To enable two-factor authentication, you need to go to the Settings section.
Next, you need to enable two-factor authentication.
Please note that after enabling two-factor authentication, it will be enabled for your entire project and all team members will be required to use it. Simply send this instruction to all team members, and they will use two-factor authentication.
How to link the secret application?
After downloading the secret application, you need to link the Liqvid platform to the secret application. To do this, scan the QR code you see on the screen after logging into the Liqvid platform.
After scanning the QR code, click the Submit button and proceed to the next step. Next, you need to enter the secret code you see in the secret application and click the Confirm button.
Great! You have activated two-factor authentication. Now, to log into your account, you will need to enter the code you receive in the secret application.
How to log into your account using two-factor authentication?
To log in, enter your email and password as you normally would.
Next, enter the code from the secret application. After this, you will be logged into your account.
How to disable two-factor authentication?
It's very simple. You need to go to the Teams section and disable two-factor authentication. After disabling it, you will see a message about it. Note that you are enabling two-factor authentication for the entire project.
